Lol. Just tuck in and enjoy. You could do a Blog for all your culinary findings, whether they are good or bad. Plenty of old recipes out there to get ideas from. Some of the WW2 period ingredient alternatives in the UK were terrible. Bon Apetit.

I just found one in great condition so eating well this evening. One thing though, how do you know it's pesticide free? They eat farmers crops and I'd guess they weren't that discerning between organic farms and standard ones.
