Good vid, very informative, shame about the medieval intro music.
Your expert knowledge is moot … NOBODY carries large stones, into the field.
I just have one of those "tri-hone" oil-stones, at home – I am lusting for real Japanese wet-stones and a quality stroping strap, etc., but I do not know of anyone who could justify lugging all that weight, out into the bush.
I am currently carrying three different "credit-card" sized diamond flats and a pocket rod, for field work & may upgrafe to a D4 (4") diamond/ceramic combo bar.

those stones arent flat so they wont properly work or even not work

nah, waste of time, I just get the local gypsy who fixes umbrellas to sharpen all my knifes
